Snow days, cold days. It's been a crazy month of weather. The kids have had days called off due to wind chill, only for them to have school when the wind chill was even colder. I worked 6 days in a row. We have 3 foot snow drifts on our patio. We are 4" from our snowiest winter on record here.
Mason and Kyra have started basketball. They are both having fun.
Valynn is doing scholastic bowl. She is having fun. She is also doing a flute ensemble in March that she is practicing for.
Mason might be switching soccer teams this spring. We will hopefully know more after Tuesday when he has evaluations with his new team.
Otherwise we are just keeping busy. Grandma and Grandpa Rinkel have been here a week. They were supposed to fly out today only for their flight to be cancelled so they are here for another night.
We are working on the bathroom in the basement. We got the floor laid in the shower and in the bathroom. I will post pictures soon. It's nice to see progress.
Last week was busy with Girl Scouts Monday night, Cub Scouts Tuesday night, Yes for Princeville Kids Wednesday night, Kyleigh's Valentine Party Wednesday morning, Scholastic Bowl Thursday night, and Kyra's Valentine's Party Friday afternoon. Saturday was basketball games, followed by a soccer game.
