To North Dakota, to Minnesota, and back again......

July 19th was family day for Mark's group at CAT. We got to see where he worked and then we went to a local park where they had bouncy houses, archery, and more.

On the 20th the kids and I headed to North Dakota. We made it as far as Moorhead, MN the first night. We had supper with Dick and Linda. Valynn and Mason learned to play pinochle. We went quilting, to the park, the kids drove the golf cart, Valynn and Mason rode the Yamahopper. Valynn and Mason went golfing. The kids slept in the camper. Kyra and Kyleigh got to go to Bismarck with uncle Brady, and of course we went to the State Fair. We got to see Monica and family and most importantly, met Cousin Greta. They even spent some time with cousin Ty.

First Day of School

School started last Friday. Mom must be exhausting to entertain because Kyleigh is napping again today. Valynn had her first cross country meet over the weekend. I'll post pictures later, she had fun and did two miles in about 18 minutes. Mason had a GI appointment last week, he's gained over 10 pounds in 9 months, the doctor was thrilled with his weight gain. We are trying to get back into a routine between cross country/ soccer/ and piano.
