I hope everyone had a great Christmas. We have had a busy December so here is the rundown of our month. Basketball continued until the 22nd. All three kids enjoyed it but only Mason has decided to do the second session (that might have something to do with his friends playing the second session). The 9th was the Sunday School Christmas program. It went very well and the kids did phenomenal. Kyra was home for four days (the 10th-13th with a low grade fever) which meant that she would play all day with Kyleigh because she felt fine but couldn't go to school because she had a fever. Kyleigh did a great job at her Christmas program. Valynn, Mason, and Kyra did a great job at their Christmas program. Valynn, Mason, and Kyra had their piano recital. They did a great job and even Kyleigh played hot cross buns.
We had a great Christmas. The kids got everything they wanted. Kyra got her American Girl doll and named her Kiarra. Valynn and Mason got their tablets. We were able to set up texting for them so they have texted Grandma and Grandpa and Brady. We also set up Skype and we have Skyped with Brady and Paige. Kyleigh got a DSi game. We had crab and shrimp for supper, along with all the fixings. Christmas day we went to church and then had a wonderful meal at home.
On the 27th we went to Indiana to see Rick and Cindy. We had a great visit with them and enjoyed seeing everyone.
We finally got our first snow of the year. The kids were excited to see snow after not seeing snow at all last year.
